History

Well Innovation AS were established in February 2005 as anengineering company solely dedicated to the development of innovativetechnology to help win many of the down-hole challenges in today’s oil and gasindustry.

In April 2006, i-TEC was established as a spin out from Well Innovation tocommercialise the patented Completion and Intervention products.

Well Innovation have from the very beginning been focused on customerrequirements and value´s We believe in early customer inclusion - focusing onoptimisation of the project deliverables from concept to creation.

In May 2008 we moved into new facilities in Kanalveien 8 at Forus, Stavanger.The R&D engineering resources teamed up with the state of the art CNCmachining company and built their own test facility. Well Innovation became atotal one-stop supplier of wellbore technology, with leading edge design,development, manufacture and testing in one location.

The trademark of the company, has always been total dedication and commitmentto the development and commercialisation of innovative downhole technology.
